For Cub Scouting in Imperial Beach, CA, Cub Scout Pack 866 is the way to go!
Cub Scout Pack 866 provides the support and opportunity for boys to become young men and learn life skills in a positive and supportive environment, while having fun at the same time. Scouting has repeatedly proven to be one of the most effective ways for boys to develop the self confidence, inner strength, moral values and leadership skills that make them successful men.
Boys in the first through fifth grades can participate in and benefit from cub scouting. Each cub scout den addresses a boy's individual level and needs. Regardless of when a boy enters cub scouting, he will earn his Bobcat badge first. Subsequently, for first through third graders, boys can earn their Tiger, Wolf, and Bear Cub ranks. In the fourth and fifth grades, boys have the opportunity to learn more advanced skills as a Webelos scout and begin the transition to Boy Scouts.
